The information we collect, what we do with it, and how to opt out.

Stellina Hospitality is the parent group behind The Audrey, Stellina Ristorante, Casa Stellina, and L'Étoile. We collect what we need to respond to your request, and nothing more. This page describes that in plain English.

What we collect

  • Press, careers, development, general inquiries: the contact details and message you submit.
  • Private events at any of our venues: the event details you share so the right team can respond.
  • Website analytics: aggregate page views, device type, and approximate location — used to measure how guests find us. You can opt out (see below).

How we use it

We route your message to the relevant restaurant or department (press, careers, development) so the right person responds. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately opt in. We use aggregated analytics data to understand which pages help guests find us.

Who we share it with

  • Our restaurant teams — when your inquiry is venue-specific.
  • Our reservation and email systems, used solely to process your request.
  • Google Analytics & Meta — anonymized site usage and ad measurement only. They never see your inquiry details.
  • We do not sell your personal information, ever, full stop.

Your choices (CCPA / state privacy laws)

California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other state residents have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email hello@stellinahospitality.com and we'll respond within 45 days.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for aggregate site measurement and ad performance — anonymized only, never tied to your inquiry details. To opt out:

  • Use your browser's privacy controls — we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically.
  • Or email hello@stellinahospitality.com and we'll exclude your address from future analytics.
