- Stellina Hospitality hosts private events at all four of its Long Island restaurants: Stellina Ristorante and L'Étoile in Oyster Bay, Casa Stellina in Farmingdale, and The Audrey in Oyster Bay. One events team coordinates across every venue, so you can tell us the occasion and we'll match you to the right room.
- How many guests can you seat for a private party?
- Across the Stellina Hospitality family we host everything from intimate private dinners for ten to full buy-outs and weddings of around eighty guests. Each of our four venues has its own semi-private and full buy-out capacity, so guest count is one of the first things we'll help you match to a room.
- Do you offer off-site catering on Long Island?
- Yes. Off-site catering is available through any of the four Stellina Hospitality restaurants, anywhere on Long Island — plated dinners, family-style spreads, or station setups, fully staffed or drop-off. Our kitchens travel to your venue while the same events team runs the night.
- Can you build a custom menu for our event?
- Every private event menu is built with the chef around the room, the season, and the occasion, with wine pairings available on request. If you have dietary needs or allergies in your group, let us know when you inquire and we'll plan the menu around them.
- What kinds of occasions do you host?
- Stellina Hospitality hosts rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, corporate dinners and team celebrations, bridal and baby showers, and full-buy-out celebrations across its Oyster Bay and Farmingdale restaurants. Tell us the occasion and guest count and we'll suggest the venue that fits.
