The room

What is coming.

HOSHI is the sixth room, and the first that is not Italian, French or a butcher counter: a ten-seat sushi counter and a small dining room, taking the space at 34 Audrey Avenue the village knew as the old Stellina Bakery.

The name continues the thread the group started with. Stellina is a little star in Italian, L’Étoile is the star in French, and hoshi 星 is the same word in Japanese. Three stars, three languages, two streets.

It has not opened yet, so there are no hours, no menu and no reservation book to publish. The opening page is where those details will appear first.

Not sure which one you want?

Tell us the night you have in mind and we will say plainly which of the five suits it. Sometimes the answer is none of them, and we will say that too.
